I’ve always liked math, although it took me a while to decide what to study. I went through ideas like automotive engineering (I love cars) and even physics—which I can blame on The Big Bang Theory.
But it wasn’t until my last semester of high school, in a class called “Cybernetics,” that I met a great professor who recommended I study Computer Science… and try GNU/Linux. I did both, and I don’t regret it.
I am currently working as a Data Analyst at UTEL, the largest online university in Latin America, where I continue to strengthen my academic knowledge and develop my analytical skills. My work involves analyzing student data trends and collaborating on projects to optimize internal processes. Although I didn’t initially plan to dedicate myself to this, I’m fascinated by it now. This interest all started with a comment from a colleague…
Additionally, I seek balance, so I run in the mornings. In my free time, I enjoy reading, going to the theater, and continuing to learn about Linux (my favorite distro is still Fedora).
My future goal: To become a QA Data Tester.
